Helping prevent the spread of disease is part of the DNA of Pro-Link and our independent janitorial and sanitation supply distributor members. For over 20 years, we have worked to provide cleaning professionals the disinfectants, equipment, and training they need to keep the places we work and visit safe for us all. We have supplied soap and hand sanitizer to thousands of facilities over the years and have helped those facilities remind people to wash their hands properly. We have helped our members supply millions of pieces of personal protective equipment to hospitals, food processing plants, long term care facilities, and other high-risk environments.
During this current outbreak of COVID-19, we are not taking our responsibility to fight against the spread of this disease lightly. As recommended by public health professionals, all Pro-Link employees are working from home. But we are still working diligently with our distributor partners to get disinfectants, soap, hand sanitizer, personal protective equipment, and cleaning supplies where they are most needed across Canada. We have cancelled our annual meeting of Pro-Link members to help keep them and their communities safe.
At Pro-Link, the three pillars of our relationship with our members are partnership, dependability, and commitment. As we as a society work together to fight COVID-19, know that we extend those promises to all of you. Though times are tough now, we will get through this together.
